Annual General Meeting 2023

The board of directors of Brooge Energy Limited (the “Company”) is soliciting proxies for the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on December 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm Gulf Standard Time, or 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time.

The Company is a “foreign private issuer” within the meaning of Rule 3b-4 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (“Exchange Act”). Foreign private issuers are exempt from the proxy rules under Rule 3a12-3(b) of the Exchange Act. As such, the Company follows local law proxy solicitation rules rather than U.S. federal or NASDAQ rules regarding proxy solicitation.
